That's what Give Green: A Day for the Audacious is all about. Slated for Wednesday, April 18, Tulane's first-ever university-wide giving day will be a memorable, 24-hour event demonstrating the impact of collective giving. It's a day for students, staff, faculty, alumni, parents and friends to come together to make a gift of any amount and help transform Tulane.
These gifts will help Tulane dream big and think bigger. They will support scholarships, academics, research and all of the experiences that make Tulane an exceptional university, unlike any other in the world.
Through the power of social media, we will energize as many friends as possible to contribute and share their passion for Tulane using #GiveGreenTU on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram throughout the day. Participants can monitor the day's progress live at givegreen.tulane.edu.
Give Green day is also a powerful opportunity for supporters to increase the size and impact of their gifts. Generous donors have pledged matching funds for every single gift donated on this day. And for those who love some friendly competition, there will also be special one-time challenges that will give schools and units additional opportunities to compete for matching funds. You can even sign up to become a Give Green Ambassador to help spread the word and raise money for your favorite area of Tulane.
