Dear Tulane Community:
Students are especially serious and focused at this time as they make their way through final exams.
Though nothing can take the place of concentrated effort in preparation for finals, we have been doing our best to help students take healthful time away from the books in order to ease and manage their stress.
Study breaks, chair massages, free brain food, relaxation techniques, meditation and mindfulness sessions are some of the many resources we make available to test-stressed students. For those inclined, relief for exam overload is also available through the services and programs of our various campus ministries.
Another great and easy way to get through this period is to remember that there is life after exams and that a long winter break – among those who love you the best – awaits you.
