President Fitts issues an unusual challenge for all first-year students each year. As they spend their first two weeks exploring Tulane and New Orleans, he encourages them to seek out something different at Tulane – a new adventure or something they have never done before– and tag him on Instagram (@FittstagramTU) with the hashtag #FittsPhotoChallenge. The submissions are displayed here, and President Fitts chooses the five most memorable and unique. The lucky photographers will be treated to dinner with the president at one of New Orleans’ finest restaurants.
